What's New Today Thursday, August 28, 2008 New Portrait Studio Available The college is now able to take photos of college faculty and staff quickly and efficiently using our own portrait studio. These photos can be used on the college website as well as printed for department use. Other persons, such as department secretaries, may also be able to use these services. To schedule a photo, please call 422-7178. more Real Time Support Is Now Easier Than Ever Thanks to the new Altiris Notification and Deployment Servers, real time computer support is easier.  End users benefit from three new features.  Through Remote Control, end users can show their CSRs the issues they are experiencing on PC desktops.  This allows for quicker diagnosis of computing problems.  The new Chat feature allows CSRs to communicate directly with users who are logged in, alerting them of possible issues with their computer.  Also, The Software Portal is now available.  Faculty and staff can install free software without putting in a request with the CSRs.  Please visit the FAQs for more information on these services. more
